Flow Sensor: It provides the calculation of water flowing through the installation in m3/h unit to provide heating in regional or central heating systems. The measuring principle is the relative speed differences of ultrasonic sensors and sound transmission with the movement occurring in the flow.
Temperature Sensors: It is installed on the supply and return pipes in the heating installation to measure the temperature difference in the area where heating is provided.
Calculation Unit: It enables the calculation and recording of energy consumption, volume flow, instantaneous temperature and instantaneous flow values from the flow and temperature data detected by the sensors.
Permissible Operating Conditions / Measuring Ranges
Calculation Unit Θ: 3°C~95°C△Θ: 4K~65K
Temperature Sensor Pair Θ: 0°C~105°C△Θ: 3K~105K
Flow Sensor Θ: 3°C~95°C
Electromagnetic Class
E1 (residential/light industrial).
Must be installed at least 25 cm from other electromagnetic sources.
Mechanical Class
M1 (Stable mounting and minimum vibration condition).
M1 (Fixed installation and minimal vibration conditions).
The heat meter is suitable for use in indoor environments with low humidity and no evaporation. The ambient temperature should be between 5-55 OC.
Maintenance and Repair
The temperature sensor and battery can be replaced in accordance with local regulations that allow access to the heat meter. The flow sensor must not be disconnected from the calculator. The temperature sensor suitable for JOY200R is Pt1000.
Battery Replacement
The Sonic Correct+ heat meter can be powered by 1 ER18505, 2 ER17505, or 1 ER26500 battery. The battery life is 6, 11 and 15 years respectively.
Read this manual before installing the heat meter.
It must be installed according to the conditions.
Maximum Pressure: PN16/PS16.
Environmental Class: E1, M1, A
Mounting Point: It should be mounted at least 25 cm away from the signal cables.
If the temperature of the installation water is lower than 10°C or higher than 90°C, it is recommended to mount the calculator on the wall.
