How can an installer company be included in this system?

Installer companies create the apartments belonging to the sites and buildings they manage in the panel opened for them, upload the meter lists and create the building administrator and individual users. In this way, anyone can start monitoring meters and invoices. Installers can create their own logos and invoice templates. The application can be used from our highly reliable and fast servers or it can be installed on the installer’s own servers and even has the flexibility to connect to their own domains.

Manually read meters can also be automatically imported as files with Excel or CSA extensions. Note that handheld terminals can also be integrated into the system for this purpose.

Share meters are heat expense sharing system measurement equipment where users can pay for what they consume in buildings heated by a central system.

Since it is not possible to measure consumption from a single point in multi-column installation systems, it is especially preferred in multi-column installation types.

Heat allocators are produced with batteries that can operate for at least 10 years and measurement accuracy.

According to our legislation, 30% of your building fuel expenses are distributed as heat expenses arising from common areas, system losses, minimum heating and operating expenses, according to the indoor usage areas of all independent sections, regardless of whether they consume heating or not.

Additionally, according to our legislation, space temperatures do not need to be adjusted to a minimum of 15 C. For this reason, the heating system of the flat cannot be completely turned off. As a result, the share of heating consumption to provide 15°C temperature in your empty flat will also be accrued as an expense to your flat.

If the site management board has taken a decision on the subject for independent sections where the heating system is turned off, an equivalent consumption calculation can be made for these independent sections.

Heat meters are produced according to the production standard TSEN 1434. According to this standard, a heat meter must have either a wired or wireless m-bus communication system.

In both communication systems, consumption data is received by the automation system without the need to go to the meter.

Heat meters are generally protected against manipulation in accordance with their standards. The calculation algorithm inside also performs these checks to prevent, for example, the sensor cable from being cut, etc. In such cases, it gives these warnings in the form of fault codes on the screen and in the reading data.
